Leadership Co exists to do more than inspire, it’s designed to impart.

While many leadership events focus on trends, strategies, or surface-level motivation, Leadership Co is a rare opportunity to sit under leaders who have built and stewarded a sustained move of God. Every session is rooted in the presence of the Holy Spirit, blending practical leadership tools with prophetic insight so you leave not only equipped to lead with excellence, but empowered to carry revival into every environment you influence.

Teaching comes from Pastors Henry + Alex Seeley across both days, with Karl Martin, who coaches executives, founders and nonprofit leaders on what he calls Soul Leadership: the conviction that culture is shaped less by vision than by the character of the people leading it.

Leadership Co is a pre-conference intensive for pastors, ministry leaders, marketplace executives, and culture shapers who carry influence in their sphere.

Over the course of two days, you’ll sit under world-class leaders who bring both spiritual depth and practical wisdom for navigating the complexities of leadership in today’s world. Sessions will combine biblical leadership principles, prophetic insight, and actionable strategies to help you lead with clarity, conviction, and courage.

This is not just another leadership seminar; it’s a catalytic environment where your vision is refined, your spirit is refreshed, and your leadership is aligned with the heart of God. You’ll connect with other leaders who share your hunger for revival and your commitment to making an eternal impact.

  • Both Leadership Co days: Wednesday evening, September 16, and all day Thursday, September 17, at The Belonging Co in Nashville.

  • Teaching from Pastors Henry + Alex Seeley, with Karl Martin.

  • The Leadership Co Luncheon, priority seating all week, and the Leadership Co lounges.

  • The full conference, Thursday night through Saturday night at Municipal Auditorium.

Leadership Co is $360. One ticket, covering both Leadership Co days and the full conference.
